Job Purpose

In this role you will drive HR excellence through operations with an operationally focused mindset.

This role will operationally develop the hire activities for the North America Region (USA and Canada) that will enable hires can be successfully completed in system (Workday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Request Management: Receive, manage, and close ServiceNow, Workday, or related requests within the scope of Pay & Benefits management accurately and on time.
  • Data Accuracy: Enter and validate hire-related data for North America employees in Workday with precision.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure accurate benefits & payment management.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain process-related documents to guarantee flawless execution of Pay & Benefits activities.
  • Payment Coordination: Partner closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure benefits and reimbursements are properly set up across all platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, admin or a related field require.
  • Language: Advanced English, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Goal driven attitude.
  • Desire experience with North America processes and incidents management for large organizations.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.
  • High attention to detail, process-oriented, and a motivated self-starter.
  • Tools: Experienced in Excel, Outlook, MS Forms, Service Now or equivalent, Workday, or equivalent.
