We’re looking for a Full Stack Python Developer to join a small, agile team building cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions. In this role, you’ll design and develop advanced Python and SQL applications that help healthcare providers make data-driven decisions and improve patient outcomes.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy—owning projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to delivering production-ready solutions. Your work will combine innovation, large-scale data analysis, and modern cloud technologies in an Azure environment.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate directly with healthcare professionals to understand user needs and translate them into functional, data-driven solutions
- Design, architect, and implement full stack applications using Python and SQL
- Build and enhance web-based applications using JavaScript, HTML, Angular, or React
- Develop within a cloud environment (Azure)
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve systems using AI and modern DevOps tools
- Take ownership of projects from design through deployment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (Mathematics or related field preferred)
- 12+ years of development experience
- Proven experience in full stack Python web development
- Strong SQL skills – queries, data manipulation, and performance tuning
- Experience with Azure services (Azure SQL, Azure API, serverless compute, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment
