Job Description
PHP Developer - Fully Remote EU
6 Month Contract
Up to €600 per day
Our client is looking for an experienced PHP AWS Developer to support the delivery of a modern cloud-native platform used across Europe within the Financial Service Sector. You’ll be working remotely within an engineering team of 8 people focused on scalable architecture, clean code, and continuous improvement of the Financial product.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in PHP
- Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudFormation/CDK)
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and microservice architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab / CircleCI or similar)
- Understanding of containerisation (Docker)
- Confident communicator and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with serverless development
- SQL and NoSQL database optimisation
- Frontend skills (Vue.js / React)
- Performance testing and tuning
