  • Hours: this role will start at approx 15 hours per week and then ramp up to 40 per week over the next 3-6 months.

We’re seeking a senior-level PPC contractor (T4) who blends deep channel expertise both in B2B and B2C. You’ll own hands-on optimization across platforms and contribute to our internal PPC Committee to

This is a strategy-minded role that is primarily internal-facing. Ideally, you know every trick in the PPC book and you can collaborate closely with Account Managers and contribute to client outcomes through planning, optimization, and clear insights.

Scope of Work (What You’ll Do)

Campaign Execution & Optimization

Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn

Ads; expand into TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc. when valuable.

Analyze performance and make decisive adjustments to deliver KPI targets (ROAS, CPL, revenue, qualified leads).

Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, audience strategy, creative testing, bid/budget management, and tracking QA.

Provide landing page recommendations when needed.

Work with our tracking specialists to ensure proper tracking and data utilization.

PPC Committee

Help the PPC Committee to improve our service offering, tooling, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) via feedback.

Help us establish and maintain a PPC QA framework (pre-flight, in-flight, post-launch) and a share testing roadmap.

Evaluate and standardize tools (scripts/automations/AI-assists) to drive consistency, efficiency, and scale.

KPI Triage & Turnaround

Serve as a go-to troubleshooter on any account missing targets; diagnose root causes quickly

and create and assign an action plan to stabilize and grow performance.

Create short, punchy recovery plans and align with Account Managers on execution, timelines, and success metrics.

Collaboration & Reporting

Partner with Account Managers on goals, forecasts, pacing, and insights; translate data into clear recommendations.

Track and report on key PPC metrics; prioritize high-impact work to maximize return on effort.

Key Outcomes (How Success Is Measured)

Consistent attainment of client KPIs (ROAS, CPL, revenue/lead quality).

Reduced time-to-recovery for underperforming accounts and clear, repeatable turnaround playbooks

Adoption of standardized PPC processes, QA checklists, and tools across the contractor bench.

Increased efficiency (better results with the same or fewer hours) and stronger testing cadence.
