For our client, we are seeking a Manager Security Operations Center - Pacific Or Mountain Time Zone to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. As a Manager Security Operations Center - Pacific Or Mountain Time Zone, you’ll keep the Enterprise Technology operation running smoothly, efficiently, and ready to scale. You’ll improve processes, remove friction, and help teams deliver reliably for customers and partners. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and making complex systems feel simple.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal processes to enhance productivity and reduce analyst burnout
- Oversee shift coverage to maintain 24/7 operations year-round
- Facilitate weekly one-on-one meetings with analysts for feedback and career growth
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance analyst skills
- Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize the development of new features
- Ensure quality assurance for operational standards
- Streamline workflows for SOC analysis of partner/customer requests
- 5+ years of experience as a Security Analyst in a global 24/7 security operations center
- 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in operations or Incident Response
- Experience leading teams specialized in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering
- Active involvement in the information security community
- Strong data-driven mindset and understanding of Data Science concepts
