🎨 Founding Frontend Engineer (2–4 Years Experience | Remote)
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Build beautiful, fast, and responsive user interfaces for our AI hiring platform
- Lead the frontend architecture — components, styling, state management
- Translate product requirements into smooth user journeys
- Work closely with design & product to ship polished UI/UX
- Integrate APIs, AI-driven features, and real-time workflows
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
- Ship fast — weekly releases, continuous improvement
- Make key decisions on tooling, frameworks & frontend strategy
- Own the frontend from 0 → 1 → scale

- Have 2–4 years of experience in frontend development
