Role: Fractional Chief Commercial Officer

We’re looking to connect with experienced Fractional Chief Commercial Officers (CCOs) who can lead integrated revenue strategy across marketing, sales, and partnerships. This role is ideal for commercially minded executives who thrive on solving growth challenges, scaling go-to-market teams, and aligning demand generation with long-term business outcomes.
This opportunity is perfect for growth-focused commercial leaders who have built high-performing revenue engines, led GTM strategy, and operated in dynamic, cross-functional environments. Whether you’ve been a CRO, CMO, VP of Sales, or founder with commercial ownership, this role offers the flexibility to apply your expertise across multiple high-impact companies.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Defining and executing an integrated commercial strategy aligned with business goals
- Leading cross-functional coordination across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success
- Identifying new market opportunities, revenue streams, and product-market fit optimizations
- Coaching GTM teams and building out scalable sales/marketing infrastructure
- Aligning revenue forecasts, pricing models, and sales compensation strategies
- Supporting investor communications, board reporting, and commercial due diligence
- Implementing RevOps systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics to improve GTM performance
- Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on all things growth
Key requirements may include:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership roles
- Track record of driving revenue growth in scaling B2B or B2C environments
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and GTM design
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and business acumen
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide commercial decisions
- Excellent communicator, comfortable working with C-suite and boards
- Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus
