About The Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support business clients using cloud-based solutions. The role is fully on-site in Athens and involves handling B2B inquiries, assisting customers with cloud service usage, and supporting pre-sales and account-related processes.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B cloud services, SaaS, IaaS, or IT customer support is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to B2B clients via phone, email, and chat in English.
- Assist with cloud platform navigation, product features, and service usage.
- Identify customer needs and route qualified opportunities to internal teams.
- Handle account-related topics such as billing, subscriptions, and access issues.
- Escalate complex or technical requests to specialized departments.
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B cloud services, SaaS, IaaS, or IT customer support.
- Solid understanding of cloud environments and digital tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts (MondaySunday).
- EU passport or valid Greek work authorization.
- Availability to work on-site in Athens.
- Fully on-site at the Athens office.
