Job Description


  • Proficient in Singapore Labour Law (MOM, MOH, WSHC, LTA, CPF etc.) to support Singapore Operations
  • Fully remote from Johor Bahru
  • Willing to travel to Singapore for work (where required)


Job Description:

HR Administration and compliance

  1. Managing HR data, ensuring records are accurate, processing payroll, leave and insurance management and handling overall administrative tasks.
  2. Maintaining HR documents, ensuring compliance with labour laws, support Audits, and handling sensitive employee data securely.
  3. Collaboration with suppliers on contract and invoices then work with internal finance processing.
  4. Managing expat visa and permit processing, relocation assistance, and managing expense and payroll for expatriates.


Training, Recruitment, Onboarding and offboarding

  1. Asses, plan, delivery and training logistical support.
  2. Support full cycle of recruitment activities.
  3. Creating smooth transitions for new and departing employees.


Employee experience & performance

  1. Support plan and events to improve culture, employee satisfaction, and engagement.
  2. Supporting performance review processes and ensuring accurate compensation and benefits delivery.
  3. Analyse and improve HR workflow, support improvement initiatives, and HR technology.


Centralized support

  1. Acts as a point of contact for employees seeking information or assistance on HR-related matters.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Min 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full aspects of Singapore Human Resources, including employee relations, HR administration, work pass management and re-employment/retirement processes
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Singapore Labour law (MOM, MOH, WSHC, LTA, CPF etc.), Understand labour laws in other Asian countries would be preferable.
  • Advantage if proficient in these tools e.g, Smartrecruiter, Timesoft, Seek, SAP etc. and Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, mail merge, formulas).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, meticulous and detail-oriented, patient, with excellent interpersonal and employee-centric approach.
