Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Payroll and Rewards
- Process payroll and salary payments for expatriate teachers nationwide, consistently ensure accuracy and timeliness;
- Handle operational reward processes, including private healthcare annual packages, performance bonuses, housing, and relocation support funds etc.
- Manage and report Personal Income Tax (PIT) for all employees, including tax finalization.
- Prepare and submit tax reports for the entire company, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Reconcile compulsory Social Insurance (SI) contributions monthly.
- Coordinate closely with ILA centres and internal HQ teams to cross-check timesheets and resolve labour queries/ issues;
- Maintain policies and procedures related to expatriate compensation, benefits and assignments.
- HR Metrics Analysis:
- Monitor and prepare reports regarding turnover rates, retention rates, average remuneration, demographic details, and other information upon request;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and tailor data presentations accordingly, including highlighting key trends, cost implications, and areas for improvement;
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of HR data.
- Compliance and HRIS support:
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors (government agencies included) to facilitate compliance audits;
- Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures in alignment with changing regulatory landscapes;
- Coordinate with HRIS specialist and ProdTech teams to implement HR systems to manage contracts, maintain employee self-service platforms, and process payroll;
- Provide necessary training and communications for management and staff regarding regulatory updates and system new releases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University;
- Already at the same position with at least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits at the operational level;
- Experience in tax finalization for foreign employees is required.
- Knowledgeable in remuneration best practice, Vietnamese labour code, governmental regulations relating to human resources;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner;
- High flexibility and ability to implement C&B functions;
- Good English Communication
