What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience working in a SaaS environment
• 8+ years as a Full-Stack Engineer (PHP/Laravel and JavaScript/TypeScript/React.js)
• Clear spoken and written English
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Confidence in mentoring, guiding, and coaching team members while promoting knowledge sharing
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud technologies, and testing tools
• A growth-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-scaling company
