Currently, we have open recruitment for Performance/ Load Testing Engineer.
We're looking for Performance & Load Testing Engineer to join our team and ensure that our applications perform efficiently under varying workloads. This role primarily involves non-functional testing and complements our internal functional QA efforts.
Requirements:
• Hands on experience in performance and load testing of software applications.
• Vast experience with testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, or similar.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in construction or enterprise software applications.
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Previous experience working in a QA team for distributed development.
During the project you will:
• Design, implement, and execute performance and load testing scenarios for Crew Center applications.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development and QA teams.
• Prepare and maintain test environments for performance testing.
• Collaborate with internal QA and development teams to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Recommend tools, strategies, and best practices for non-functional testing.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal team members if needed.
• Report findings to the QA Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
