Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to build and lead our human resources function in Saudi Arabia. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond generalist duties; you will be the architect of our local HR strategy, ensuring operational excellence, full legal compliance, and deep cultural alignment. The successful candidate will act as the crucial link between our global HR standards and the specific demands of the Saudi market, directly supporting our strategic projects and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Saudization & Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on achieving and maintaining required Saudization (Nitaqat) quotas. Develop sustainable talent pipelines through local university partnerships and government programs (e.g., Hafiz).
  2. HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee end-to-end HR operations. Ensure 100% compliance by managing payroll via the Wage Protection System (WPS), administering GOSI for Saudi nationals, and handling all governmental reporting and liaisons (with MHRSD, Jawazat, etc.).
  3. Expatriate Management: Take full ownership of the IQAMA lifecycle for expatriate employees, including visas, renewals, sponsorship transfers, and dependent procedures.
  4. Strategic Business Partnership: Partner closely with local and headquarters leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide expert guidance on people matters within the local context.
  5. Performance & Culture: Facilitate performance management cycles and lead initiatives to foster an engaging, productive, and culturally respectful work environment. Design competitive, localized benefits.
  6. HR Systems & Data: Ensure accuracy in HRIS and generate all mandatory reports for both management and government authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in Saudi Arabia, with in-depth, hands-on knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat, WPS, GOSI, and Iqama procedures.
  3. Established network and direct experience dealing with Saudi government entities.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high cultural intelligence. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from the ground up.
