About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with strong Photoshop skills to join our game production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing game pack assets, including thumbnails, banners, promotional materials, and in-game visual elements. Collaborating closely with senior designers and game artists, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and game style. Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory
- Understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and layout
- Ability to follow visual direction and adapt to various game art styles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, preferably related to gaming
Responsibilities
- Create game pack assets, including thumbnails, static and animated banners, icons, and basic UI elements based on art provided by the team
- Prepare and export graphic assets in the required formats and resolutions for different platforms
- Optimize assets for various devices and screen sizes to ensure consistent quality
- Adhere to established branding and art guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all products
- Collaborate with game designers and senior artists to develop and refine visual concepts
- Assist in enhancing and updating existing graphical assets as needed
- Stay informed on industry trends in game art and graphic design to bring fresh ideas to the team
- Organize and maintain a well-structured library of design files and assets for easy access and version control
