Accountabilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for direct business channels.
- Collaborate with product management to define target audiences, offers, and content strategies for key product categories.
- Manage campaign workflows, including segmentation, lead nurturing, and automated email journeys using HubSpot.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance through analytics platforms and BI dashboards, providing insights to optimize results.
- Conduct A/B testing on offers, landing pages, and creative to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with inside sales and professional relations teams to align marketing initiatives with sales and educational programs.
- Support marketing leadership in annual planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital and e-commerce strategy.
- Knowledge of the dental or orthodontic industry preferred.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign automation, email marketing, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
