Job Description


This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Analista de Negócios Pleno in Brazil.

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business needs and technical solutions, driving projects that focus on financial systems within academic environments. You will gather and analyze requirements, map processes, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The position involves translating complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories for development teams, managing backlogs, and prioritizing work according to business value. You will also validate deliverables, support testing, and communicate progress and insights to leadership. Accountabilities

  • Conduct structured interviews with stakeholders and business areas to understand needs.
  • Map current processes and design future workflows.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Decompose project scope into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business rules.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with the strategic roadmap.
  • Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Clarify business context for development teams and validate acceptance criteria with QA.
  • Prepare business documentation, materials, and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in process mapping and workflow design.
  • Strong knowledge in business analysis and requirements documentation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable software solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and understanding of testing and validation processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Java and financial systems is a plus.
