Responsabilities:

Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models for production-grade use cases.
Curate and manage datasets used in training, validation, and evaluation.
Work closely with engineers to integrate ML models into larger systems and monitor their performance in production.
Ensure that AI solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Maintain thorough documentation for reproducibility and team collaboration.

Required qualifications:

Solid hands-on experience with AI/ML systems from development to deployment.
Proficient in Python; familiarity with TypeScript or Go for integration tasks is a plus.
Strong command of tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformers, Llama-factory, VLLM, Megatron-LM, and CUDA.
Comfortable working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience deploying models at scale in production environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows for ML applications.
Previous experience in high-paced, innovation-driven environments (e.g., startups).
Background in systems-level optimization for machine learning workloads.
