Job Description
- Designing views and components for HR web applications.
- Co-creating and developing the design system (MUI / React).
- Preparing mockups, prototypes, and user flows (Figma).
- Supporting developers in implementing designs (handoff + consultations).
- Participating in UX reviews, usability reviews, and refinements.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Experience in designing web applications (minimum 4 years).
- Excellent knowledge of Figma and UI/UX principles.
- Nice to have: experience with MUI, HR systems design, or B2B/SaaS products.
- Communicative English (minimum B1/B2).
