  • Mentor and guide engineers on best practices for data modeling, optimization techniques, and high-volume system design.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align platform architecture with business requirements and long-term strategic goals.
  • Promote consistency, reliability, and performance across cloud-native, AI-enabled data platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong data modeling skills for both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-grade, scalable, and compliant data platforms, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across geographies and time zones.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role with minimal travel (~5%).
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus Employee Assistance Program.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match, flexible spending, and health savings accounts.
  • Up to 184 hours (23 days) of PTO per year, in addition to company holidays.
