This is a Hybrid opportunity working out of Zaragoza.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Deliver: Design and lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, scalable AI/ML solutions for global clients, leveraging our proprietary compression and optimisation technology.
• Technical Authority: Serve as the primary technical expert, guiding clients on architecture best practices across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Bedrock).
• Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical requirements and solution designs into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical executives.
• System Design: Oversee the design of robust data architectures (batch & streaming) to support large-scale AI model training and deployment.

We Are Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years delivering large-scale AI/ML projects (as a Solutions Architect or ML Engineer).
• Technical Depth: Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) and the full model lifecycle.
• Cloud Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Communication: Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI model optimisation, quantization, or edge deployment.
• Familiarity with embedded systems, low-level electronics programming (PLC/FPGA/GPU), and deploying optimised models.
• Hands-on Python/SQL coding skills and MLOps practices (CI/CD, Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker/Kubernetes).
