Integrated Marketing Coordinator

Shopkick is on a mission to bring delight and reward to the consumer shopping experience. As part of the Trax Retail family, we are a unicorn looking to accelerate our growth trajectory as we partner with major brands and retailers to transform how people engage with stores and products—both online and in the physical world.

Our Integrated Marketing Associate will play an essential role in supporting our CRM and lifecycle programs, and integrated seasonal campaigns that engage, retain, and reactivate Shopkick users. You’ll help execute campaigns that bring our community back into the app through email, push, and in-app messaging—creating personalized experiences that drive loyalty and long-term value.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the intersection of creativity, data, and storytelling. You’ll work closely with the CRM, Growth, Sales, and Creative teams to build, launch, and measure campaigns that make every user interaction meaningful.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning and execution of CRM and lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Assist in building and QA’ing campaign assets and journeys within our CRM platform (Iterable, Braze, or similar).
  • Help develop segmentation strategies to deliver targeted, relevant messages to key user cohorts.
  • Partner with Creative and Copy teams to develop engaging, on-brand communications that reflect Shopkick’s tone and voice
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, retention, etc.) and compile weekly reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional campaign launches with Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive user experiences.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated seasonal campaigns, ensuring all assets, channels, and timelines align with tentpole moments.
  • Project manage sponsorship campaigns, collaboarting with the Sales team to bring client deliverables to life, gather feedback, and support launches.
  • Conduct research on user behavior trends and identify new lifecycle opportunities to improve retention and engagement.
  • Manage project timelines, creative briefs, and campaign assets to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Contribute ideas to A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve messaging and user flow effectiveness.
  • Maintain the lifecycle and seasonal campaign calendar and ensure visibility across all internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (internships welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity about data—comfortable interpreting performance metrics and identifying insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solver with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating across Growth, Product, and Creative functions.
  • Passion for consumer loyalty, user experience, and the evolving app marketing landscape.

This position is open to fully remote.

The base salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD, plus a performance bonus and benefits.
