Key Responsibilities:

**Please note we are looking to hire commencing Jan 1 2026

• Lead our test automation initiative, continuously automate tests on stable parts of the application
• Develop new and maintain existing automation frameworks for functional, regression and performance testing
• Collaborate closely with the QA and engineering teams to integrate QA automation into our SDLC, enhancing the delivery rate and quality of releases 
• Work cross functionally with product and operations teams to define, establish, and refine QA processes, ensuring they are lean and scalable as the company grows
• Identify opportunities for improving the overall QA process and automation coverage 
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the automation framework and test scripts 

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in QA, with a strong background in both test automation and manual testing
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts
• Experience with robot automation framework and python scripting
• Experience with different automation tools
• Experience automating both front end (browser) and backend (API) applications 
• Experience creating load/performance tests 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong communication skills, both for written documentation and team collaboration 
• Excellent problems solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
