Job Description
Senior Cybersecurity Architect (Contract, EU Applicants Only)
Location: Remote (EU)
Engagement: Long-term contract
Citizenship Requirement: EU only
Secure Target is supporting a major enterprise transformation programme, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Architect to help shape security architecture across a complex, large-scale environment.

What You’ll Do
Design enterprise-grade security architectures, patterns, and reusable blueprints
Perform security architecture reviews with product and engineering teams
Embed security into DevSecOps, SDLC, cloud, and application architectures
Support implementation and scaling of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
Advise on secure integration of IAM platforms across cloud and enterprise services
Provide hands-on expertise, including Python-based automation where needed
Act as a trusted security advisor, engaging senior stakeholders and coaching teams
What You Need:
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including architecture and design
Strong understanding of large enterprise / complex environments
Solid knowledge of Agile / SAFe, and familiarity with TOGAF or SABSA
Hands-on skills — especially Python
Excellent communication and the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus
EU citizenship required
Fluent English (additional EU languages welcome)
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with PAM platforms
Background in designing scalable security frameworks or roadmaps
