Technical Recruiter for AI Infrastructure Company

Sciforium is an AI infrastructure company that develops advanced AI models and operates a proprietary serving platform. Following new multi-million dollar funding and direct sponsorship from AMD, along with dedicated support from AMD engineers, the team is now entering full operational mode with ambitious growth plans. The company is focused on expanding its engineering team with multiple ML engineers who will develop GPU-level kernels and contribute to the core technology stack. Sciforium offers a collaborative work environment with high impact and autonomy.

The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience across both agency and in-house environments to help us build Sciforium’s foundational tech team. You’ll partner closely with engineering leadership to identify, attract, and hire world-class talent across software, infrastructure, and AI domains. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and is excited to shape recruiting operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and interview processes.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, infrastructure, and AI disciplines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience and represent Sciforium’s mission and culture authentically.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Leverage ATS analytics to optimize and streamline the recruitment pipeline.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a mix of agency and in-house roles.
• Proven success hiring for technical positions such as Software Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, SaaS Frontend and Backend Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with experience in technical communities.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with early-stage tech company hiring and process-building is a plus.
