Salary: $200,000 - $235,000 USD + Equity

About The Role
We are seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Frontend) to lead the technical direction of the web platform. In this role, you will have rare technical ownership of the entire web architecture. You will be the technical leader completing production deployment while building the foundation for massive scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Architect: Set technical direction and best practices for architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Build: Design and ship scalable, high-quality user experiences using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
- Collaborate: Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to deliver end-to-end features that power daily grocery operations.
- Mentor: Guide engineers, driving growth, code quality, and alignment across teams.
- Impact: Contribute hands-on as a senior IC while influencing system design and long-term technical strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a deep focus on frontend web development.
- Startup DNA: A proven track record of shipping polished, reliable web products in fast-paced environments (ideally Series A-C startups).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in React, modern frontend ecosystems, and strong full-stack capabilities (TypeScript/Node).
- Leadership: Experience leading projects or teams with strong mentorship skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a Technical Degree.
