Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Advanced technical expertise in relevant IT domain segments as it relates to this position (e.g., security, network and systems administration, programming, development, infrastructure, cloud services, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of the project life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Staff supervision, delegation, and performance management.
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to write and present technical and procedural documents.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends and best practices.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications

  • The IT Manager requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a minimum of eight (8) years plus IT industry-related experience or over twelve (12) years of relevant experience supplemented by coursework in the field or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. (required)
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build the business from a technical and professional level. (required)
  • Ability to lead moderate to complex SharePoint projects from scope initiation through completion. (required)
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to meet project scope and timeline requirements. (required)
