Project Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Delivery Manager to lead our Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.


The Salesforce Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce initiatives while ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives. This is a remote role that will require workdays to start at 8 am CDT, attending daily stand-up calls to provide project updates to the full Product Owner Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • User Story creation and grooming.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Perform Sprint product demos.
  • Build testing scripts for the internal users and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within scope and budget.
  • Manage and track project resources, including timeline and product teams.
  • Maintain master technical documentation, creating new documentation as needed.
  • Perform triage on new demand/and user support as cases come into the support queue and assign to the appropriate technical team members


Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator with strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices. Minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud knowledge is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Agile methodology preferred.
  • Previous experience with Jira, Monday.com, SmartSheet, HUB Spot a plus.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint or similar software.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
