About the Opportunity:
The organization operates globally within life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology. This fully remote Privileged Access Management Engineer role focuses on the design, implementation, and support of PAM solutions, primarily CyberArk, to secure enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
• Engineer, implement, and support CyberArk PAM solutions across the enterprise.
• Onboard, manage, and secure privileged accounts, including non-human identities and service accounts.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, automation scripts, and integrations using CyberArk APIs and related technologies.
• Lead and execute PAM migrations, upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure integrations, compliance, and continuous improvement of the identity ecosystem.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years focused on PAM (preferably CyberArk).
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk implementation, operations, integrations (AIM/CP, CCP, Conjur, REST APIs), cloud platforms (SailPoint, AWS, Azure), DevOps, and strong scripting/automation skills.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, security best practices, enterprise IT environments, and experience with incident, change, and problem management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk CDE, CISSP) are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOX, and GMP, and ability to execute related controls for audit purposes.

Compensation:
• The annual starting salary range for this role is $120K-$140K.
• This job is ineligible for bonus/incentive pay.
