About the Opportunity:
The organization provides engaging, interactive HR compliance training adapted for a mobile-first workforce, aiming to build safer, more inclusive workplaces. This opportunity is for a self-sufficient individual contributor to serve as the primary systems owner for go-to-market tooling, managing tools such as HubSpot, Gong, PandaDoc, Dialpad, Lucia, LlamaVisor, Sendspark, and related integrations and automations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical systems management, vendor oversight, and end-user enablement.
Responsibilities:
• Decide on the ideal tech stack to improve go-to-market efficiency.
• Administer HubSpot including users, permissions, pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data models.
• Manage Gong including user access, configuration, and integrations.
• Oversee PandaDoc templates, contract workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain Dialpad phone provisioning, call routing, and HubSpot call records.
• Manage Lucia enrichment workflows, API keys, and field mapping.
• Support Sendspark template management and video outreach integrations.
• Ensure reliable LlamaVisor integrations and maintain documentation.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations using middleware and APIs.
• Build automations to minimize manual work for Sales, SDR, CS, and Marketing.
• Maintain data integrity, including deduplication and sync rules.
• Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and support analytics requests.
• Implement alerts and SLAs for key syncs and automation.
• Produce documentation, runbooks, system diagrams, and training materials.
• Train Sales, Marketing, and CS teams on systems and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and tool evaluations.
• Manage operational budgets for go-to-market tools.
Requirements:
• 3+ years in GTM systems administration or Revenue Operations/GTM Ops.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot admin (properties, pipelines, workflows, reporting).
• Experience with Gong, PandaDoc, Dialpad, Sendspark, or similar systems.
• API and integration experience, including REST APIs and middleware.
• Comfortable with SQL and troubleshooting data issues.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Effective problem solving and independent project management.
Preferred:
• HubSpot certifications.
• Experience owning internal systems or customer data backends.
• Familiarity with BI tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker).
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR).
• Experience with Gong administration or implementation.
Compensation:
• Base Salary: $80,000 - $107,000
