About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, articulate, and adaptable Corporate Trainer with deep expertise across modern enterprise technologies, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, Security Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or Oracle Supply Chain systems. You will design and deliver high-impact training programs for diverse global audiences in both virtual and in-person formats. The role requires proficiency in hands-on labs, advanced workshops, and scenario-based training while staying current with evolving standards and industry practices. A passion for developing talent, strengthening organizational capability, and promoting secure, compliant, and efficient technology adoption is essential. International travel on short notice is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, hands-on technical training (virtual and in-person) on cybersecurity, cloud architectures, AI/ML concepts, networking, IT governance, risk, compliance frameworks (GRC), and Oracle Supply Chain modules.
- Adapt training content for varied audiences, including technical teams, leadership, business users, and cross-functional groups.
- Educate clients on security best practices, emerging technology trends, regulatory standards, and risk-reduction strategies (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Develop and maintain training materials, labs, simulations, and assessments aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Conduct skills evaluations, gather participant feedback, and prepare training effectiveness reports.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently to audiences with diverse technical backgrounds.
- Represent the organization professionally across cultures and international client environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT training, technical consulting, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology roles.
- Strong knowledge in:
- Cybersecurity & threat management
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- AI/ML workflows and tools
- Networking (routing, switching, protocols)
- Risk management & compliance
- Security governance and policy frameworks
- Oracle Supply Chain processes
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, interactive learning experiences.
- Experience delivering virtual and in-person workshops, bootcamps, and technical labs.
- Willingness to travel internationally (visa and travel assistance provided).
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, CCSP, AWS/Azure/GCP, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, CRISC, CGRC.
- Oracle SCM Cloud certifications.
- Background in instructional design or L&D strategy.
- Experience working with globally distributed or multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital training tools.
