About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Healthcare Data Analyst specializing in RxClaim systems, with a primary focus on Medicare Part D. This is a remote, full-time position based within the United States, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, impact analysis, and system defect resolution to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy benefit systems. You will collaborate closely with IT and other stakeholders to review development solutions, perform complex root cause analyses, and serve as a subject matter expert in RxClaim, particularly regarding Medicare Part D operations. This role offers on-the-job training and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, data analysis, and system management to support our mission of delivering high-quality, equitable healthcare services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 4+ years of experience with data/system analysis and/or design responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining SQL queries
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Ability to work during normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare systems, particularly pharmacy benefits, is preferred
- Create and execute SQL queries and scripting to support research and impact analysis activities
- Deliver accurate and timely resolution of system defects within RxClaim platform
- Conduct complex independent and collaborative research to identify root causes of system issues
- Collaborate with IT teams to review and develop solutions for system defects and enhancements
- Perform conceptual analyses of system issues to recommend effective resolutions
- Act as a subject matter expert on RxClaim, with a primary focus on Medicare Part D operations
- Document and communicate findings, solutions, and process improvements to stakeholders
- Assist in testing system updates and developing system requirements and test plans as needed
- Support ongoing system maintenance and participate in training activities
