About the Organization:

The organization is a leading healthcare intelligence provider specializing in AI-powered solutions across the payment continuum. The mission of this role is to lead the strategic evolution of the product marketing function, drive the transition from services-based offerings to a unified platform, accelerate revenue growth, expand market reach, and position the organization as a thought leader in AI for healthcare.


About the Opportunity:

Seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to guide the shift to a platform-centric model, build a scalable product marketing function, and support high-growth objectives. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and establishing the organization as an influencer in the healthcare AI space.


Responsibilities:

• Lead transition to a scalable, platform-centric product model across teams.

• Define and execute platform-level messaging and positioning.

• Develop vertical-specific go-to-market strategies and expand into new payer segments.

• Partner with Sales and Finance to build predictive models for upsell, cross-sell, and optimize pricing.

• Refine packaging and pricing to support revenue growth.

• Support speaking engagements, PR initiatives, and industry representation as an AI thought leader.

• Collaborate with Product and Data Science to create compelling AI narratives.

• Build a customer intelligence framework integrating feedback from various teams.

• Launch lifecycle marketing programs to increase retention and customer lifetime value.

• Develop customer personas and journey maps.

• Establish scalable product launch readiness processes, including playbooks and enablement kits.

• Implement agile marketing operations for rapid iteration.

• Ensure alignment across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.

• Lead internal workshops and training on product knowledge and positioning.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team.

• Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 7-10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology or related industries.

• Proven experience building and leading product marketing teams in high-growth environments.

• Experience in transitioning organizations from services-based to platform-centric models.

• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in market data and customer insights analysis.

• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.

• Deep understanding of customer needs in the healthcare sector; experience with customer personas and journey mapping.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including creation of sales materials and marketing content.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Familiarity with AI technologies and applications in healthcare; understanding of agile methodologies.

• Innovative, results-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

• Experience building and scaling product marketing functions from the ground up.
