Job Description


Job Title: Atlassian Administrator (with Cloud Experience)

Location: Remote

Work Hours: Primarily IST with overlap into PST

 

Immediate joiners. This is a 100% remote role. The client is US-based, so the primary working hours will align with the Indian time zone, with some overlap required with PST.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud experience mandatory
  • Expertise on Atlassian Tools such as Jira, Confluence & ServiceDesk
  • Rich stakeholder and end-user management experience, including training & support
  • Should possess migration experience such as JIRA to JIRA, Confluence to JIRA, Gitlab to JIRA/Confluence, Rally to Jira, Zendesk to Jira etc.
  • Experience on key Atlassian plugins such as Portfolio, BigPicture, Zephyr, Tempo, Structure, Auditor, Configuration Manager etc.
  • Misc. Workflows Extension, Suite Utilities, Toolkit, Workflow Toolbox, Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards; PowerScripts, Automation for Jira, SFDC, Script Runner, EazyBi Reports, CustomFields Usage, RefinedWiki, Gliffy, etc; LDAP/Active Directory/Crowd User Directory Management in Atlassian Tools, Exalate, AIO Reports
  • Tools (JavaScript/JQuery, Groovy, Java, C++); Build-CI (Jenkins/Maven); Jira REST API/Jira SDK/Plugins, ITIL, Helpdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow
  • Being able to use applications like Zendesk, ServiceNow / Slack / MS Office/GSuite
  • Collecting and documenting relevant data related to nature of issues
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have demonstrated abilities to multi-task, including solid time management skills.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Jira workflows, fields, issue types, permissions, notifications, filters, boards, dashboards
  • Identify areas for improvement, optimization, and consolidation
  • Advise Corporate Engineering & other teams on best practices for Jira, Confluence
  • Communicate and share knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levels

You will manage and monitor multiple SaaS applications and play an active role in designing the portfolio of applications available for use at Amplitude.
