- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with customers to understand their business processes and needs
- Configure the employer's platform to align with customer requirements
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation activities
- Provide training and support to customers during the onboarding process
- Identify risks, issues, or gaps in customer readiness and escalate as appropriate
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, SaaS implementation, or HR technology consulting
- Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and customer engagement skills
- Demonstrated experience with data migration, validation, and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience implementing HRIS, benefits, or leave management systems
- Familiarity with compliance-focused or highly configurable SaaS platforms
- Exposure to project management or Agile methodologies
- Analytical thinker who can translate business needs into technical solutions
