We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building impactful products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Define, communicate, and execute the product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and resource constraints
  • Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and iterate to improve user experience and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align product vision with company goals
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers or associates
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while balancing short-term and long-term priorities
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a mix of B2B and/or SaaS products
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with product metrics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies, product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Roadmunk)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
