About The Role
We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team at Turing. In this role, you will be instrumental in building modern, scalable solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows. Your work will directly influence how large language models (LLMs) are evaluated and aligned with real-world user needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality services and interfaces using Node.js/Nest.js and contemporary frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Your contributions will include designing evaluation pipelines, refining datasets, and improving code quality across the stack. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative AI projects that have a meaningful impact on the future of artificial intelligence technology.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-stack web development with a focus on JavaScript and TypeScript (ES6+). You should have proven experience with Node.js and Nest.js, along with proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue. A solid understanding of web application architecture, testing best practices, and code readability is essential. Familiarity with building scalable, modular systems is highly desirable. Candidates should hold a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities in English, and the capacity to collaborate asynchronously with international teams are also required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality JavaScript and TypeScript services and user interfaces to support AI training and evaluation processes.
- Design, implement, and optimize evaluation pipelines, ensuring clear documentation of rationales, methodologies, and improvements.
- Participate in the creation and refinement of datasets for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), contributing to process enhancements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality, readability, and maintainability across the development stack.
- Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and other developers to integrate new features and improve existing functionalities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development and AI evaluation workflows.
