We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and solutions-oriented IT Manager to lead our technology operations and support our growing remote-first team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at technical leadership, IT infrastructure management, and ensuring secure, efficient systems across a distributed environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system availability, security, and reliability
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and internal tools
- Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices
- Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution, including escalation management
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Plan and execute technology upgrades, migrations, and long-term infrastructure improvements
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data protection, and regulatory requirements
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, device management, and access control
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and security principles
- Hands-on experience with device management, identity access management, and SaaS tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical escalations
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
