We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and solutions-oriented IT Manager to lead our technology operations and support our growing remote-first team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at technical leadership, IT infrastructure management, and ensuring secure, efficient systems across a distributed environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system availability, security, and reliability
  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and internal tools
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices
  • Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution, including escalation management
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Plan and execute technology upgrades, migrations, and long-term infrastructure improvements
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols, data protection, and regulatory requirements
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes, device management, and access control
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and security principles
  • Hands-on experience with device management, identity access management, and SaaS tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical escalations
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
