Qann, an Estonia-based digital services company, is looking for a highly capable E-commerce Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and growth initiatives across multiple online stores. This role is remote for now (India-based applicants only) but requires willingness to relocate to our upcoming Mumbai office.
The successful candidate will manage e-commerce brands selling across EU, US, and UK markets, operating on platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, and Amazon. This role demands both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, working closely with developers, creative directors, SEO specialist and advertising specialists to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Develop tailored growth strategies for each brand targeting EU, UK, and US audiences.
- Set and track KPIs for traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and revenue performance across all stores.
- Drive market-specific optimization based on customer insights, seasonality, and competition.
- Build and oversee promotional calendars aligned with market trends and platform best practices.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon.
- Ensure all listings, product information, pricing, inventory, and promotions are accurate and optimized.
- Manage product launches, merchandising, and category structure for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate logistics and fulfillment workflows to ensure timely delivery and support for returns.
- Developers: Work together to enhance website performance, troubleshoot issues, and deploy new features.
- Creative Director: Align on visual styling, content direction, product imagery, and promotional assets.
- Ads Specialist: Collaborate on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon ad strategies to scale revenue efficiently.
- Provide clear briefs, project scopes, and timelines to maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor store analytics, funnel behavior, and customer metrics across all platforms.
- Create and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Implement CRO and A/B testing to improve conversion rates, UX, and ad effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and execute improvements quickly to maintain optimal performance.
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce stores, preferably in multi-store or multi-brand environments.
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of growth strategies for EU, UK, and US markets.
- Proven success in scaling traffic and conversions.
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, Amazon dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- India-based candidate willing to relocate to Mumbai once Qann’s office opens.
- Experience managing paid ads alongside creative and ad teams.
- Experience with Odoo.
- Knowledge of CRO, email automation (Odoo/Brevo), and retargeting strategies.
- Familiarity with UX best practices and customer behavior across global markets.
