In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and amplifying the brand’s voice across multiple social media platforms. You will develop and execute a strategic content plan, engage with a global online community, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and impact. The position requires a creative and strategic mindset, balancing storytelling with data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align social efforts with broader campaigns, and have ownership over content planning, execution, and measurement. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Own a cohesive content calendar from planning to publishing across platforms such as X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
- Monitor social trends and conversations to keep the brand at the forefront of industry discussions.
- Engage with the community, responding to users and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
- Handle social media crises or PR issues, ensuring the brand’s reputation remains positive.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and product launches.
- 5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in crypto, fintech, or related industries.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing content that drives engagement and shares.
- Strong creative skills with a deep understanding of social media trends.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
- Sense of humor, energy, and ability to bring engaging personality to the brand voice.
