About the Opportunity:
The organization is focused on solving user management challenges by offering developers full-stack React components and APIs for building user and organization management flows. The primary product is a configurable Dashboard used for managing app users and providing feedback to guide product direction.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with customers and teammates to deliver product solutions and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve frontend architecture in coordination with multiple development teams.
• Approach tasks iteratively, reducing time between feedback cycles.
• Address customer problems directly to inform product development.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points to improve developer experience.
• Write maintainable, performant, and well-structured code with a focus on engineering quality.
Requirements:
• Expertise in Typescript/Javascript and modern frontend technology stacks.
• Ability to write clean, idiomatic code and establish high-quality development patterns.
• Strong interest in Web Application performance, including metrics like Web Vitals and user experience.
• Experience building SaaS products.
• High standards for code quality, system design, and performance.
• Focus on solving real customer problems, including making tradeoffs as needed.
• Interest in working on products that are personally valuable or useful.
