Primary Title: Non-Technical Recruiter (Remote, India)

About The Opportunity

We operate in the talent acquisition and recruitment services sector, delivering end-to-end hiring solutions for businesses across industries—focusing on volume hiring, campus recruitment, and mid-to-senior non-technical roles. This remote role supports pan-India hiring for diverse non-IT functions including operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and customer success.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle non-technical recruitment: source, screen, interview, close, and onboard candidates for roles across sales, operations, finance, HR, and customer support.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search to build quality pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end: coordinate interviews, provide timely updates, and drive offer acceptance and onboarding handoffs.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems to maintain accurate candidate records, track pipeline metrics, and generate recruitment reports for stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, shortlist candidates, and improve selection criteria and interview processes.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives—campus hiring, assessment coordination, background checks, and vendor management—to meet hiring SLAs.
