LGS delivers day‑to‑day transactional work essential to the smooth running of the firm and provides analysis and advisory capability to our business stakeholders, lawyers and partners globally.

As part of our global Creative Design team, you will help deliver high‑quality, brand‑consistent marketing collateral and creative solutions. Collaborating across the firm, the team supports business development, marketing and client relationship initiatives worldwide.

This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and will work US‑aligned hours: 15:00-23:00 (CET).

You will be responsible for

  • Independently creating visually engaging artwork, presentations and marketing materials to brand standards

  • Using templates and established guidelines while knowing when to propose creative, on‑brand enhancements

  • Supporting the design and adaptation of bespoke graphics, often with limited supervision

  • Applying rigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with briefs and brand guidelines

  • Managing and prioritising incoming requests and enquiries via the team mailbox

  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across time zones

  • Proactively suggesting practical improvements to team processes and workflows

  • Using digital tools, including AI where appropriate, to enhance efficiency and quality of design work

  • Maintaining clear, timely communication and managing expectations with stakeholders

  • Actively developing your design skills and knowledge through ongoing learning

Apply if you

  • Have two or more years of experience in graphic or creative design, or artwork support (professional services or corporate setting preferred), and are confident working largely independently

  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines without close day‑to‑day supervision

  • Communicate fluently in English (B2/C1), both written and verbal, and can work effectively with international stakeholders

  • Show strong attention to detail and creativity, with a consistent focus on quality

  • Excel at stakeholder management, building trust and working collaboratively across virtual teams

  • Proactively take ownership of your workload, outcomes and professional growth

Location

  • Fully remote role, based in Poland

  • Initial onboarding will take place in our Warsaw office

  • Occasional visits to the Warsaw office may be required thereafter

Type of contract

  • 6‑month fixed‑term contract of employment

Working hours

  • 15:00-23:00 (CET)
