UX/UI Designer - Mobile and Web Applications for Hospitality and Wellness Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing team and support the design of innovative mobile and web applications for the hospitality and wellness industry.

You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, modern, and elegant user experiences for our operational CRM, guest mobile applications, and digital solutions used across international luxury wellness resorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality UI/UX for mobile apps (iOS and Android) and responsive web platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems to guide product development.
• Translate functional requirements into visually appealing screens and intuitive interactions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Conduct UX research when needed, including usability checks and customer journey mapping.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring brand consistency across products.
• Present concepts and design decisions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first designs and clean UI work.
• Proficiency in Figma (required).
• Understanding of modern design principles, component libraries, and prototype workflows.
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with distributed teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
• Experience in hospitality/wellness tech is a plus (not mandatory).
