Senior Financial Product Manager (based in Dubai)

This role is to be based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be provided with the necessary relocation support.

Responsibilities:

1. Product design: Advocate for product design in copy trading & pro. In charge of designing and maintaining underlying mechanisms, financial logic, innovative features, and improving overall performance and user experience.
2. Product Execution: Collaborate efficiently with engineering, QA, customer support, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution, manage projects with efficient scope, timeline, and stakeholder coordination, and prioritize quick iterations and impactful outcomes.
3. Intelligence & product strategy: Conduct competitor research, participate in vital customer interviews with BD/VIP/Institutions, and gain insights into user needs and market trends. Formulate and implement product strategy for user retention, user growth, and volume growth.
4. Goal Setting and Achievement: Suggest setting and helping to achieve product goals based on data analysis and market insights, driving product expansion.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. In-depth financial logic understanding is a plus.
2. Self-motivation, independence, logical thinking, and self-learning. Resilience to challenges and the eagerness to take ownership.
3. 3+ years of product management experience, skilled in backend product design and financial logic, or skilled in frontend product design and user growth.
4. Experience in the design of social trading, trading tools, or financial trading system products is preferred.
5. Experience in discovering user needs, driving product adoption, or scaling a business with data-driven skills.
6. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
7. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
