What You'll Drive

  • Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap, ensuring technical capabilities align with aggressive business growth
  • Design and scale a high-performance, resilient architecture capable of processing increasing international transaction volumes
  • Guarantee uncompromised security by achieving and maintaining PCI DSS compliance and robust fraud prevention frameworks
  • Lead and mentor a technical division of 20+ engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Establish rigorous monitoring and incident response systems to ensure business continuity and high availability
  • Optimize integrations with PSPs and financial partners to ensure system efficiency across cloud and hybrid environments


Who You Are

  • You bring 5+ years of senior leadership experience (CTO/VP) specifically within fintech, payments, banking, or iGaming.
  • You possess deep technical expertise in payment gateways, PSP integrations, and complex transactional flows.
  • You have proven experience navigating PCI DSS, data protection, and regulatory compliance audits.
  • You are hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture design.
  • You are a strategic leader who has successfully managed and scaled distributed teams of 20+ people.
  • You speak fluent English (C1+) and can translate technical risks into business strategy for stakeholders.


How You'll Work

  • You will report directly to the executive leadership with full autonomy over the technical budget, strategy, and tooling choices.
  • You will manage a diverse team comprising Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure, collaborating closely with external vendors and compliance bodies to drive decision-making.
