The Opportunity
Keinsaas exists because the current software ecosystem is broken. Companies are drowning in tools they don’t own, locked into vendors that slow them down, and forced into workflows they never designed.
We’re changing that.
We’re a small team of 5 who started an agency to build custom automations for clients with n8n. Now we're building Navigator - an open-source, AI-Workspace that combines the best AI features of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini into a unified, extensible solution.
Our platform is model agnostic, built on the MCP, supports RAG, custom workflows, and real-time voice transcription.
We're looking for people who want to build with us early. If you want to ship fast, own real product surface, and help redefine how companies use software, you’ll fit here.
Who We Are Looking For
We aren't counting years of experience. We are looking for velocity, curiosity, and drive.
You might be a recent graduate, a self-taught developer, or a "hacker" who spends their weekends building side projects. You are the type of engineer who installs the beta version of libraries because you want the new features now.
- You are a Builder: You have a portfolio, a GitHub full of green squares, or a history of shipping side projects.
- You are Fearless: You aren't afraid to touch the backend one minute and the frontend the next.
- You are AI-Native: You use tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code to accelerate your workflow and are eager to build with the latest AI SDKs.
- You have basic understanding of MCP and building AI apps
The Stack (Bleeding Edge)
We don't maintain legacy code. We build on the absolute modern edge of the ecosystem:
- Frontend: Next.js 15 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4
- Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Better-auth, Redis
- AI Integration: Vercel AI SDK, @modelcontextprotocol/sdk (MCP)
- Storage: Supabase (S3), Redis (Caching)
- Deployment: Vercel
What You'll Do
- Lead the Build: You will be a core contributor to the Navigator platform, owning full-stack features from database to UI.
- Innovate: Improve MCP server connections and build real-time voice/chat orchestrators.
- Collaborate: Work directly with the founders using Cursor AI for pair programming and rapid iteration.
- Open Source: Engage with our community and manage open-source contributions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Ownership: We offer a Base Salary combined with a Revenue Share of 10% or equity (vested over 1-2 years). We are looking for a partner, not just an employee.
