Weβre looking for motivated and impact-driven Product Owners β from Junior to Manager level β to help shape, build, and continuously improve our digital products. Whether you are early in your product career or already experienced in leading product strategy, you will play a key role in delivering value to our users and supporting our product vision.
π― Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on your experience level (Junior β Manager), you will contribute to or fully own responsibilities such as:
- Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog
- Translate user and business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support or lead the creation of product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and other stakeholders
- Participate in or facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Collect and analyze user feedback, product data, and market trends
- Ensure smooth delivery and continuous product improvements
- Maintain clear documentation, processes, and best practices
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and product development
- Ability to break down problems and write simple user stories
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Internship or project experience in product, UX, data, or tech is a plus
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset
- Proven experience owning product areas and leading product initiatives
- Strong ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience guiding teams through planning, execution, and iteration
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
