🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategy
  • Create compelling product content, including pitch decks, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Support sales enablement with materials, training, and tools

  • Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, personas, and product use cases
Requirements
  • 3–6+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, positioning, and GTM execution
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused benefits
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing performance tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first structure
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
