You’ll leverage analytics to inform decisions, champion innovation, and collaborate closely with agency leadership to integrate social into holistic brand strategies.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll plan content, write copy, manage posting schedules, pull analytics, and collaborate closely with the Figment team to make sure every post ladders up to a larger brand narrative and business objective.
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized leader who is fluent in social culture and confident managing complex, multi-platform ecosystems. You should be comfortable steering diverse brand voices—including professional services, consumer lifestyle, and B2B thought leadership—while balancing creativity with performance and mentoring others to excel.
What You’ll Do:

- Build monthly content calendars and campaign concepts that integrate seamlessly with broader marketing and brand plans.
- Own platform-specific best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Content Creation & Execution
- Draft, edit, and refine copy that reflects each brand’s unique tone and goals.
- Collaborate with our design team to brief and review social graphics, short-form videos, reels, and motion assets.
- Manage scheduling, posting, and daily publishing across all platforms and accounts.
- Community Management
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement; escalate questions to internal teams when needed.
- Identify opportunities for real-time engagement and trends that fit each brand’s voice and audience.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track and interpret performance metrics across platforms.
- Build social performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) that highlight insights, learnings, and clear, actionable recommendations.
- Test, learn, and refine content using data-driven insights.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the VP of Digital Tech & Marketing Strategy to ensure alignment with broader digital and CRM efforts.
- Partner with designers, copywriters, and project managers to bring campaigns to life.
- Support content needs across web, email, and paid media where relevant.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of hands-on social media management experience - preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Excellent written communication, editorial judgment, and ability to adapt tone across industries and brand personalities.
- Demonstrated experience building content calendars, writing social copy, and analyzing platform metrics.
- Comfort working across a mix of B2B and B2C clients—from local service providers to product-based brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO/SEM basics, UTM tracking, conversion funnels, and omnichannel messaging.
- Familiarity with social management and reporting tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A proactive mindset—someone who is curious, brings ideas, improves processes, and takes ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
