We are looking for a creative and strategic International Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind our global brand presence and educational content. This is a pivotal role focused on attracting and educating Intended Parents across diverse markets, ensuring they have the information and confidence they need to begin their journey.
You will be the architect of our content strategy and the primary partner to our sales team, equipping them with the world-class materials, webinars, and tools they need to succeed. What You Will Do:
1. Global Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Shape Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that elevates our brands and connects with diverse patient audiences worldwide.
- Build Brands: Strengthen the identities of Babies Come True, Carrying Dreams, and Fertility Match with consistent, trusted messaging and patient content across all relevant channels.
- Drive Digital Content & Growth: Lead SEO/GEO, SEM, expand websites, webinars/podcasts, performance marketing, social media (Meta, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn), and content to generate qualified leads and community growth with modest budget spend.
- Amplify Visibility: Manage PR, media, influencer, and community partnerships to enhance reputation, including social listening and external community engagement.
- Create Experiences: Support our sales team attending select global industry events with marketing materials that position us as thought leaders and trusted service providers.
2. Content Creation & Sales Enablement (Core Focus)
- Educate & Engage: Create a robust calendar of educational content, including webinars, podcasts, blog posts, and patient guides that address the specific needs and questions of Intended Parents.
- Empower Sales: Design and produce high-impact sales collateral—brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and email templates—that help our sales team communicate value and close leads effectively.
- Webinar Leadership: Plan, promote, and host engaging webinars that serve as key lead magnets and educational touchpoints for prospective patients.
- Localize Materials: Adapt marketing and educational materials for different international markets (Europe, NAM, Australia, Israel), ensuring cultural relevance and clarity.
3. Strategic Leadership & Optimization
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the Sales & Marketing Director and COO to align marketing goals with company objectives and budgets.
- Monitor Market Trends & Competitors: Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay ahead of trends in the fertility and medical tourism.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics to measure content performance, webinar attendance, and marketing ROI, constantly refining strategies for maximum impact.
- Lead Graphic Designer Briefs: Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure clear, specific, patient-friendly creative briefs and copy for the Graphic Designer to develop artwork and video assets required for sales & marketing.

- Content Engagement: High engagement rates with webinars, podcasts, and digital content.
- Sales Support Effectiveness: Positive feedback from the sales team on the quality and utility of marketing materials and enablement tools.
- Brand Reach: Measurable increase in global brand awareness, social followers, and website traffic.
- Cost Efficiency: Achieving marketing goals with efficient budget utilization, leveraging content first over paid media.

Who You Are:

- An Experienced Leader: You have 7+ years of proven marketing experience and at least 3+ years of international marketing experience, ideally within fertility or related international healthcare or medical tourism space.
- A Digital Native: Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems and lead management processes, and do not need to lean on external vendor support.
- A Global Communicator: Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- A Strategic Thinker: Sees the big picture, connect dots, and drives strategies, creative content, and high-frequency execution that builds both brand love and business results.
